A Little About Me...

My name is Harry Norder.
I’m an enthusiastic and energetic person with 66 years of life experience and more than 45 years of working experience. I’m creative, hardworking, and gentle by nature, and my friends still describe me as young at heart. A natural optimist, sometimes even against the odds.
This may sound a little like a dating profile, but my story isn’t really about me. It’s about something almost all of us struggle with at some point: finding and following our own path in life.
For many years, I tried to live according to other people’s expectations. I was constantly caught up in the familiar “if… then…” way of thinking:
If I achieve this, then I’ll be happy.
If I do that, then people will see me as a good person.
Without realizing it, I was constantly comparing myself to others and trying to become a version of who I thought I was supposed to be.
The result? Choices that weren’t right for me. Jobs that didn’t suit me. Relationships that fell apart. Financial difficulties. Fear, frustration, periods of depression, and even a moment when I no longer wanted to go on.

It was only later that I realized I wasn’t living according to my own truth.
My life had taken a very different path from the one I had imagined. But precisely because of that, I learned valuable lessons about self-awareness, identity, and finding your own direction in life.
Today, I share those insights with others. Not because I have all the answers, but because I know from experience how difficult and how important it is to truly be yourself.
I work as a lived-experience guide in self-awareness, drawing on my own experiences with personal growth, emotional and mental struggles, and finding my way back to myself.
Based on those experiences, I developed a self-help program that you can work through independently. It is designed to help you gain a deeper understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and patterns, creating more space to live authentically and experience greater inner peace and fulfillment.
The program focuses on self-reflection, self-awareness, and personal development. It is intended as complementary, non-therapeutic support and does not replace professional mental health care.
